Despite the availability of numerous health education initiatives, lifestyle modification strategies, and pharmacological treatments, achieving effective and sustained reduction of elevated blood pressure (BP) remains a major global medical challenge. Hypertension is a leading risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD), significantly contributing to morbidity and mortality worldwide. The global burden of hypertension has increased dramatically, with the number of affected individuals aged 30–79 years doubling between 1990 and 2019. As a result, contemporary antihypertensive management is increasingly challenged by emerging and non-traditional clinical scenarios, including pregnancy, hormone therapies, and mental health disorders. This educational initiative has been developed to address critical, evidence-based gaps in knowledge and clinical competence among healthcare professionals involved in the management of cardiovascular disease and hypertension. By integrating multiple interactive and flexible learning formats with robust pre- and post-assessment tools, the program aims to promote both immediate learner engagement and sustained changes in clinical practice. To address current unmet educational needs in this evolving field, Scientific Seminars International Foundation (SSIF) proposes the present educational initiative, specifically designed to support healthcare professionals involved in the management of cardiovascular disease and hypertension disorders.
