Thyroid disorders are among the most prevalent endocrinological diseases, impacting several aspects of human health with different degrees of severity, ranging from decreased quality of life to severe illnesses. As hormonal homeostasis changes during women’s lifespan, the clinical meaning of thyroid dysfunctions varies in the different life stages (growth, puberty, reproductive age, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, elderly…). The 2024 Digital Learning Journey proposed by Scientific Seminars International is an educational activity about thyroid disorders during key stages of women’s lives.
