Stefan Paepke is a Senior House Officer at the Clinic and Policlinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany and head of the Interdisciplinary Breast Centre.
Since June 2006, he has been a Chair of the Society of Minimal Invasive Intervention in Senology (German Society for Senology).
He acted as Principal Investigator in numerous trials (breast cancer prevention trial, HEDON, CORE etc.), also multicentric ones which dealt with breast reconstruction – one of Dr. Paepke’s special fields.
His clinical memberships include the Steering Committee for the International Breast Intervention Study (IBIS II), Breast Cancer Prevention and Treatment of DCIS and Evaluate-Study. He is a reviewer of European Journal of Cancer, The Breast and Breast Care. He has written numerous publications.
