After obatining his PhD in Reproductive Endocrinology at Uppsala University in 1998, Dr Gianluca Gennarelli moved to Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology of Turin University. He is Director of the Unit of Reproductive Medicine – IVF and Head of the Unit of Gynecological Endocrinology at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology University of Torino – Italy. He is Senior Consultant in the Medical Board of Genera-Life Clinics. He is/has been Member of the Regional Advisory Board in Reproductive Medicine, Member of the board of the Italian Society of Reproductive Medicine (2014-2019), ESHRE National Representative (2017-2020), Advisor of the Italian National Register for ART, member of the ESHRE SIG in Reproductive Endocrinology, Associate Editor of Human Reproduction (2005-8) and of Human Reproduction Update (2011-14). His main research interests are in the field of female infertility, PCOS, obesity and insulin resistance, endometriosis, fertility preservation.
